Hood & Myrtle Mendel Scholarship

Graduates of a high school located in Pecos County with at least a 2.5 GPA and be N.I.R.A eligible. If there are not qualified applicants from Pecos County, then applicants who are Texas residents with minimum 2.5 GPA may be considered.
