Undergraduates. 1st preference to freshman from Grandfalls-Royalty, Ira, or Snyder High Schools majoring in Elementary Education or Music. 2nd Preference to freshman graduating from Grandfalls-Royalty, Ira, or Snyder High Schools majoring in other academic programs. 3rd preference to continuing students from Grandfalls-Royalty, Ira, or Snyder High Schools. 4th preference to other undergraduate students. Beginning freshman must be unconditionally admitted. Continuing students must have a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA. Need Based*
